Payout issue at Parbet Casino

i have been in contact wth the casino regarding a withdrawl from my account

this matter has been carrying on since november 2012

i had sent them all documentation regarding my change of address & my new contact details and proof of identity

i am still awaiting payment to arrive by post as from the last contact with the casino they said that it would reach me within 10 working days no sign as yet day 9
