I have been playing at raging bull casino for sometime in the lower end of 6 months before I ever requested a payout, simply because I enjoy playing the games and haven't really won a substantial amount of money up until approximately three months ago when I won $505 dollars. I requested a payout and it seemed everything went fine up until they said there were "fees" that had to be taken care of so it had lowered to $405 i was a bit upset but i had to accept this regardless. So im waiting for my payout for maybe 3 weeks and i finally get an email stating they cannot deposit to metabank, so I give them my bank of America information and am reassured my payout would be here within 10 business days. It never came, and after numerous calls to raging bull and my bank everyday for three months I get the same response from both. No money deposited and "it should be there in a few days" responses. it has not yet been payed, I know every customer support agent by name, I'm currently living day to day having to worry where I will lay my head at night and this whole situation has tormented me a whole lot. I see nothing but negative reviews and I'm fed up. I have all emails sent from them stating I would have my money in hours on different occasions as well as everything that was related between us. Please I beg you to help me with this. Thank you for your time. -Sandra
