Payment stuck in pending, no response from casino when inquiries are made.

I created an account "oliverijeff" on raging bull. I then deposited $100 usd without using a bonus and used a new player no deposit bonus for $65. After losing that $165, I deposited another $100 usd once again without using any bonus code. After a few bonus games at max bet, my balance is over $2800. As cashing out immediately would be rude, I gambled back half as a "thanks for the game" gesture. I submitted a withdraw for $1400 on March 17th. I did not receive any instruction as to id verification, so I emailed banking and support copies of both sides of valid id, photo of electric bill received in USPS mail. And copys of PRC documentation with card # and mailed to address, which I load money onto and use as a secure deposit source. I received deposit confirmation emails for both of my $100 deposits. The reference # for the email with attached identification material is #980506.

I have failed to receive any updates is status. Until reading similar cases on askgamblers, I thought it might have been a jab at me personally, but can see others have similar issues.

Any help greatly appreciated, I will attach off of withdraw.

Thanks

Thank you very much Tawni. I appreciate you keeping me updated every step of the way.

I am comfortable asking Askgamblers to mark this situation resolved. I am extremely satisfied with the level of customer service Tawni at RBC has provided and have complete trust in her actions on my behalf.

I would like to thank Askgamblers for the use of their 'complaint' center. I would suggest renaming it the 'Resolution' center, as most are looking to resolve issues & 'Ask for Resolution Assistance' seems much more positive then 'Submit Complaint'.

Thanks,

Jeff

Hi Jeff--

This is one of those good news/bad news moments...

Your withdrawal stems from a $100 deposit made using the Players Rewards Card, which has strict terms attached to the maximum cash-outs:

https://www.playersrewardscard.com/faq.php

"A maximum of two (2) times the amount of the Players Rewards Card amount deposited may be cashed-out from the partner Casinos.
At the time of a cash-out, the amount of the Players Rewards Card amount deposited and any additional bonus redeemed will be deducted from your Rewards Balance."

As a result (and I know this is disappointing), the maximum allowable withdrawal for this would be $200. :-/

I’ve already arranged for your payment to be sent off to our processor and I would expect to have your tracking, early next week (possibly sooner). As soon as I have your tracking, I'll come back to update you.

Withdrawal Blocked Because Required Wire Method Is Unavailable

Hello AskGamblers Complaint Team,

I am asking for your assistance again regarding my $2,500 withdrawal from Raging Bull Casino, originally requested on August 17, 2026.

I want to clarify that I have been cooperating with Raging Bull and have attempted to follow their withdrawal instructions.

I initially requested my withdrawal through Bitcoin, but Raging Bull told me that because my debit card was my primary deposit method, the withdrawal had to be processed by bank wire.

I then provided my bank wire information for bank as instructed.

Raging Bull subsequently told me that they are unable to process transfers to bank at this time and instructed me to provide another bank account, along with a recent bank statement.

I contacted Raging Bull through live chat and asked why the wire could not be processed and requested escalation. Their representative told me:

“I don't see the exactly reason why we can't do wire transfers at the moment my apologies.”

I have now received another email from Raging Bull dated September 4, 2026, again confirming that they cannot process the wire to bank and asking me to provide a different bank account.

This leaves me in a situation where Raging Bull requires my withdrawal to be processed by wire, but the wire method they require is not available to my bank.

I have therefore asked Raging Bull to make a one-time exception and allow my $2,500 withdrawal to be paid through Bitcoin, since the required wire method cannot currently be completed.

I am willing to complete any reasonable verification required. I am not refusing to cooperate with the casino. I am simply asking for a workable payment method to receive my winnings.

My previous AskGamblers complaint was rejected because I was encouraged to cooperate with the casino's suggested payment method. I want to make clear that I did attempt to follow that payment method, but Raging Bull itself has stated that it cannot send the required wire to my bank.

Requested resolution:

I respectfully ask AskGamblers to assist me in obtaining my $2,500 withdrawal, preferably by allowing Raging Bull to process it through Bitcoin as a one-time exception, or by helping establish another reasonable payment method that I can actually use.

I can provide screenshots of my conversations and Raging Bull's September 4 email confirming the issue.

Thank you for reviewing my complaint and helping me find a resolution.

Raging Bull casino redundancydelay tactics
I have one and been paid by this Casino in the past and also been denied. I stopped playing there because the runaround they gave you but they kept messaging me and claiming that they’ve changed their policies and they’re fast now blah blah blah anyhow so I’ve deposited a few times and I won going on. I think 67 days now and I’ve heard nothing from them and I know that first thing they’re gonna say is all we need to verify well they already have my information. Nothing has changed my address. My drivers license is all the same as it was six months ago when they paid me for a winning and also I’m not sure why, but my account was under my first and last name but now it’s and letters, which seems odd. I deposited it with liitecoin cryptocurrency through my Coinbase wallet. When making the deposit it told me to choose light coin because it would make withdrawing fast easy and seamless, but when I went to withdraw, the light coin option was not available so I had to choose bitcoin which since suspect they’re always trying to pull something at this Casino tactics redundancy and frates annoying especially because I stopped playing there and they pulled me back in and then I won and now they’re doing the same thing I attached my withdraw request and the only correspondence regarding my withdrawal which sent automatically and instantly once you request a cash out. I’ve messaged live chat and they say it’s been received but can’t tell me anything more.
