Raging Bull Casino - Payment still pending, unable to login to my account

On March 9, I made 2 w/d requests. The first one of $2500 was paid with help of Tawni. The other request is for $500. Both were done on same day. I understand how bonuses work and did not accept one. My problem is, I went to login to my account to speak to live chat and I am not able to access my account. I did speak with a live chat agent who said I probably got confused with login info but that is not the case. Nothing has changed regarding the way I login. The live agent could not see any failed login attempts. Regardless, I have $500 sitting there and I am not able to check the status of this request. I tried to change the password but the username is not valid. How can this happen???

I was able to login again but then when I tried to check the status of the withdrawal today, I was not able to login. I have been on live chat numerous times and always have to wait for at least 25 ahead of me. When I do get to talk, I am told to be patient. This transaction should have been completed by now. I have no plans on spending it to try and make more, so it may as well be released.

I logged into Casino today and did not see the $500. in pending requests. Under My Account, it shows it being approved. Yet, I received another email today asking for another pic of documents, which I sent. I have spoken to numerous agents on live chat and support and each have told me different dates and what the issues are. Again, I resent the docs and am waiting to hear back.

This complaint has been reopened as per Raging Bull Casino request and AskGamblers Complaints Team would like to give it one more try and help both parties involved into the dispute reaching to a satisfactory resolution.

Again I went to live chat and was told my docs are pending. The same docs were just fine for a larger withdrawal so I do not see what the issue is. I submitted them on March 9.

I'm a bit surprised by this complaint as you were already in touch with me via email and at the time of your posting this complaint, you were aware that a payment was already sent off for you.

In any event, your withdrawals have now been paid in their entirety:

3/30 Paid $487.50 + $12.50 for transaction #35498212
3/20 Paid $2500 + no Service Fee Wire for transaction #35186298

There are no further withdrawals pending either approval or payment.
