Payment has been delayed and then denied with no reason stated
I won an amount (did not use a bonus) on June 1st that I wished to withdraw. I was not able to withdraw due to technical issues with the site. Basically it was asking me to verify my mobile via SMS, but the website kept drawing an error that indicated it couldn't send it to me. This went on for 2 days, and much back and forth with the support chat group to get it done. The casino refused to manually take my request for a withdrawal. I had to wait until technical support fixed the problem with the SMS for 2 days. So I finally managed to request the withdrawal on Saturday. Here it is June the 7th and I've received a notice from the casino that they've refused by withdrawal. Reasons aren't indicated.
