My payment is delayed with no response

I had request a payment of 1000 to send it to my master card but up to now there is no update or response by them i had been waiting for a month already. in the pass the support tell me to wait for their update but it been a month totally no update at all .

i just receive an email from them that they will bank wire my payment so i had send them my bank detail not sure if they will pay me i will keep you update

Hi willwilldiva,

Sorry for the late reply.

We have a hard time to pay out the money to you bc we havent had the right setting to do that. But we are now waiting for them to fix that. Usually we use trustly, skrill or neteller but cannot do that in this case. I hope you can wait a few days more and you will have your money.
