Rey8 Casino not paying!!!

Hi I had deposit 1000 by click 2 pay on30 Jan 2012 and win a total amount of $26465.25. I had received a total of 8 payments with them during the past month from May –Jun (7 of them are by click 2pay ($2500 each time) and 1 of them by moneybooker ($1000 each time)). Right now there are still funds in my account. During the past few months they had change their term for payout to maximum of $1000 per month also they don’t offer click to pay payout any more. I had start request payment by moneybooker , I had no issue for the first request of $1000 by moneybooker but after I had request 2 payments (both 1000)I had wait from Aug til now I still haven’t receive it at all. I had talk to the online support which his name is George about my payment, his response is they have issue with their processing company and told my to be patient, lately I had update with him all the time (ex: like each week) still same response, it seem like they are making some excuse for not paying since I had e-mail them few time still never had any response at all. When ever I was in the live chat the response are always the same. It’s funny that I think how long would they need to fix this issue? Because on some casino forum I do see people had no issue at all but for me as a old customer why would I have this issue? Also I had no issue with them for the past payment at all and right now I keep getting delay for my payout? I am still missing my balance right now $6115.25 and 2 pending payment of $1000 each
