My deposit 49000 is not credited to my account since November 11th

On November 11, 2025, I deposited 49000 INR via UPI. The payment has been debited from my bank account, and until now, 24/11/2025 money has not yet been updated/credited into my gaming account.

I have submitted the casino with payment proof, such as a bank statement, a payment success screenshot, and a video of the payment proof. In spite of giving all this information, the casino has not yet credited the amount. And when I seek an update on this issue via email, I have been receiving the template email response, like we are checking and checking.

I have given the casino two full weeks to resolve the issue, were they have failed to do until now.

And they keep saying that they don't have any time frame to fix this issue, which means I may or may not receive the deposits into my account. So I hereby request the AskGamblers team to help me receive the deposit.

Payment proof attached along with the casino's last contact proof.

Endless waiting..A company which works without a fixed turn around time is nothing but patang casino.

As on dated 02/12/2025  21 days passed and still my deposit amount was not yet credited and am just receiving the same old copy paste template email from the casino such as they were checking payment and checking.And no development seen.

The strange thing is after this incident even today 02/12/2025 the casino is still using the same payment gateway for funds collection.

In this case how does the payment gateway fail to respond on this missing deposit matter?

I have produced a bank statement and payment screenshot with video proof for funds debit.

And now it's your duty to accept the liability to credit the funds into my gaming account.Whether your payment gateway respond to you or not it's not my matter...

I argue askgamblers team to do the needful for me on this matter.
