My deposit 49000 is not credited to my account since November 11th

On November 11, 2025, I deposited 49000 INR via UPI. The payment has been debited from my bank account, and until now, 24/11/2025 money has not yet been updated/credited into my gaming account.
I have submitted the casino with payment proof, such as a bank statement, a payment success screenshot, and a video of the payment proof. In spite of giving all this information, the casino has not yet credited the amount. And when I seek an update on this issue via email, I have been receiving the template email response, like we are checking and checking.
I have given the casino two full weeks to resolve the issue, were they have failed to do until now.
And they keep saying that they don't have any time frame to fix this issue, which means I may or may not receive the deposits into my account. So I hereby request the AskGamblers team to help me receive the deposit.
