Hello, I deposited €30 at Pandido Casino over 15 days ago and won €1500. I then made three withdrawals of €500 each, as that's the maximum limit. The first withdrawal was on February 14th, over 15 days ago. Last week, I contacted them to find out the status. They told me they'd given me priority, but I still haven't received anything. It's March 4th, what a disgrace!

I am submitting this complaint because Pandido has failed to process my withdrawal of 1500€, which was requested on 14/02/2026
​It has been two months, and the payment is still pending. My account is in good standing, and all verification procedures (KYC) were fully completed and approved a long time ago. There are no outstanding document requirements or issues with my account; the casino is simply refusing to release my funds.
​I have contacted support multiple times, but they have now gone completely silent. They are ignoring my emails and any third-party attempts to resolve this. This total lack of communication and disregard for their players is unacceptable.
​Desired Outcome: I demand the immediate approval and processing of my withdrawal without any further excuses or delays.
