Withdrawals not received


I made two withdrawals from this casino via the bank card I deposited with but after a few days of completion I didn't receive the money, I was told to contact my bank which I did and they confirmed no money was received or pending, the casino then requested my IBAN to manually send me my money but almost two weeks later I still don't have anything and just get told to wait. Since then I've won more money but this time I don't even have an option to withdraw and again just told to wait, my patience has run out and I want the issue sorted, nobody should have to wait almost two weeks to receive winnings especially with no updated and to now not to even have a withdrawal option is just insane!

Almost a month of being told they are waiting on updates, a month....to withdraw money....from a casino, unbelievable!!

We are still waiting for the update by the bank. As soon as we get any update we will inform the user via email.
