Unreasonable verification time and delays

I deposited and won some money in November 2025. I proceeded to upload all required documents. ID id proof of address was accepted. I uploaded payment methods (Revolut & it's statements). It was not enough. They requested stamped and signed statements from Revolut which I politely refused as Revolut does NOT provide those, only electronically. Then they requested salary slip - which I have provided (and they said they'll be able to proceed with completion of my account verification). I have also uploaded salary proof - where it comes to my bank, from my online banking. After all that, I needed to upload FS3 (which they requested original - which I have provided - original I got was electronic so I gave them that, but they requested original original - in paper form, which I am unable to provide). Then they asked for selfie me holding FS3. I complied. Then they say they cannot accept FS3 printouts (even though they now have the original electronic issued one, one of me holding selfie with...).
Anyway, more and more requests and unreasonable delays. I have everything on email, no sane casino would put someone through such hell. I can provide you guys with the whole email communication.

I have a current balance of ~€2400. I should be able to withdraw €1500, as I took bonus on deposit and successfully wagered it. The rest of the balance should get removed as per terms (10x bonus conversion cap on welcome bonus).
