Delayed withdrawal and still not received
The above casino is delaying 700e withdrawal for 48 hours longer than the maximum aloud limit.
They have cancelled my first withdrawal request without any explanation or an e-mail confirming the cancelled transaction. After complaint and submitting a new withdrawal - I was told it would be 3 days maximum as per the terms and conditions.
They assured me "We have escalated your case with the highest possible priority to our Payments team. Once it is approved, you will receive confirmation email."
Yet it still has not been completed more than 24 hours after this e-mail assurance.
