Withdrawal delayed by Onwin

I am submitting a complaint against Onwin regarding an unjustified and prolonged withdrawal delay.

I requested a withdrawal of 250,000 TRY. The withdrawal has been in “Processing” status for more than three days and has not been cancelled, yet the payment is not completed.

I contacted live chat and Telegram support many times. Each time I received the same generic responses such as “please wait”, “finance team is checking”, or “your withdrawal will be processed as soon as possible”. No exact timeframe or technical explanation has been provided.

The casino confirmed in writing that:
- My withdrawal is approved
- It will not be cancelled
- I am not required to submit a new withdrawal request

Despite this written confirmation, the payment has still not been completed.

Additionally, Onwin claims to operate under Curaçao license number OGL/2024/1295/0544. However, public records show that this license belongs to Magic International B.V. and is displayed under the domain alabet259.com. Onwin failed to provide any official document proving authorization to operate under this license.

I believe this case involves unjustified withholding of player funds and potential license misrepresentation.

I request AskGamblers’ assistance to help resolve this issue and receive my rightful withdrawal.
