Casino refusing withdrawal flooding me with documents for months

I won on Oddsring in the early part of January this year. I have been having email conver­sat­ion­s/c­hatting with their support for about half a year now.

I've sent them countless documents which all have been approved. But they just keep asking for more and more documents.

I will try to list every part of the process, please do note also that I have been constantly reaching out to them daily for 6 months to get this all sorted.

Passport

Proof of Address

Bank statement

Documents were approved and Oddsring locked my account after this, preventing me from logging in.

3 Most recent pay slips. At the time (Sent in April going back 3 months).

Answered questions about my economy, where I was born, if I owned my house, what my work title is etc.

1 month more pass and I chat with them daily trying to figure out why my account is still blocked.

Now they request more documents:

They now want a bank statement going back 3 months showing my salary deposited there.

After that document was approved they wanted a bank statement for May as well + pay-slip for May.

Now even though they said this is the last thing needed (Atlast) they go back - now we want your bank statement from December 2022.

And this is where I post this. They are obviously just trying to stall me out, waiting weeks and weeks to just request 1 more document, 1 more document. I can't see one reason why they would need more from me.

Please help.

I've attached some emails sent from them requesting over and over. Unfortunately, I did not think of taking screenshots of all the chatting with them where they are very not so helpful and sometimes flat-out rude towards me.

Kindly note that should the affected casino operator fail to respond to your complaint within the allocated timeframe of 96 hours, the case will be closed as unresolved. As a direct consequence of such closure, the operator's ranking score on AskGamblers will be decreased accordingly.

What happends if they dont reply? I sent them all documents they asked for 4 days ago and they have not responded to me there either.

I have been unable to login for many months but according to my notes I think it would be 4444 euro that Oddsring is refusing to pay-out.
