Verification time and winnings withdrawal
I am filing an official complaint against OceanSpin Casino regarding a withdrawal of 42,000 CZK, which has been in the "pending and now blocked" mode for over 30 days.
The casino repeatedly claims that my documents are still in the verification process. However, part of my winnings have already been successfully paid out to me in the past (as evidenced by the transaction history), which clearly confirms that my identity and account have already been accepted for withdrawal.
I have contacted the casino support several times by email, but I keep getting the same automated replies regarding the ongoing verification. The one-month deadline is far beyond the standard KYC (identity verification) procedure. I believe that the casino is deliberately delaying the payment in the hope that I will lose my money.
As evidence, I am attaching screenshots of the transaction history, where both the previous successful withdrawal and the currently blocked 42,000 CZK can be seen. I also found out a crucial fact: the casino is scheduled to close at the end of this month. This delay now appears to be a deliberate attempt to not pay out players before the site is permanently closed.
This situation is causing me immense stress and fear of losing my money. I request immediate intervention and contact the casino while their support is still in touch. I am attaching all proof of payment history.
