Not respecting my decision to self exclude myself.

Hi

I have tried several times to permanently self exclude myself from this casino but they refuse to do so. I have in total 3 emails requesting permanent self exclusion and a couple of times they have just frozen it (not what I requested). when their freezeout period is over they have contacted me several times to ask if I want to reopen the account and I have answered no I want a permanent self exclusion. the 3rd time they contacted me (I have never contacted them) I said ok open it then and I lost 400 euros. I feel like this is very unethical as I told them that I wanted a permanent self exclusion on 3 occasions but they refuse to comply and keep pushing me to reopen my account every so often. I want my funds refunded as I should never have been able to play. I am happy to send any email logs to Askgamblers.
