not paying my withdrawal and not answering my mails

I made a withdrawal of €1000 on 28/7/14. By 07/08/14 I was told my documented I submitted is verified and i would be paid on the next casino batch. Its almost over 2 weeks, no payments and they won't respond to my emails anymore.
