Hi!

I won 1600€ from Norppa casino and they accepted my withdrawal on 02/09/2023, but the money its not arrived. I have contacted them many times to live chat I send them proof that the winnings its not arrived. I sent their details of my bank transfers to prove that money its not arrived. So be careful of this casino.

Not paying 330e

Norppa casino has not processed my €330 withdrawal request. Norppa casino's website says that all withdrawals are processed within 24 hours. I have also uploaded the necessary documents. It's been 48 hours since the check-out request and the chat service always responds in the same way. The withdrawal request has been transferred to some "finance" center or whatever it was. Another new rogue casino that probably delays payments so long that the player simply forgets and doesn't remember to ask after the withdrawal. I used rapid transfer (skrill) for the deposit and they have sent me an email saying that I should receive a withdrawal. However, Rapid Transfer is an immediate payment intermediary, so it is not up to them. The chat also responds very slowly and roundly.

Avoid this "cool" new casino.
