Blocked my account Nordslot

Hello, I played nordslot. I deposited 500euro in total. Then I won at starlight princess on my last deposit to a total of 1700 euro if I remember correctly. So I had 2000 euro left on my account. So I decided to withdraw 1800 euro and play for 200 euro. I lost the 200 euro so I decided to wait for my 1800 euro withdrawal. I contacted support and asked them if I needed documents to withdraw the money. The said no, you are already verified so I waited now for over 24 hours. I tried to login today 2021-10-22 19.20 and now it says my account is blocked when I tried to login and look at my withdrawal status. Please help me contact this casino and help me to get my winnings. I cant contact their support because the live support or any support option is unavailable when you are not logged in.
