No response and getting run around on payout
Hello, this is my first time to complain online, so be patient with me I don't type well! After doing research of online casinos I liked what I read about Raging Bull, started playing and lost a little (which is not unusual for me ) I know that can happen going in, but when I won a little I went to submit a payout $1000.00, that's when the hassle started! I downloaded the required document( which looked like my 4 yr old grand daughter created) but that's not the problem) I don't have the option of emailing it, I get on live chat and ask if I can fax it to them? was told No by one and Yes by another. ask for fax# sent to support chat dept? I thought live chat was support! I ask the to email they don't! Ill be honest I'm pretty easy going but I too have a breaking point I believe in fair play for them and I as well ! funny they don't have a problem of taking my money, but withdrawing! I have played at other casinos that were sketchy at best, didn't have to much trouble besides ( losing) I know that's a possibility going in but at least its fair. I play at another casino ( Bella Vegas ) which read the reviews the say they are blacklisted They have fax machine you may have a delay but at least it gets done. No one at Raging Bull will respond to emails when I send one for help, I realize playing online casinos and living in the USA I really don't have a leg to really stand on! live chat on Bella Vegas suggested this website (kudos to a lady name Hannah) there. I cant believe Raging Bull does not do any business by fax I feel its a stalling tactic or maybe way to get out paying all together!
