I've sent required credit card verification documents and identification documents a number of times and cannot get a reply from the support email address, live chat and when I call the operator is busy so I leave a message and never receive a returned call. I want to know why my documents haven't been approved and why I cannot contact raging bull? I've deposited thousands and blown winnings waiting for documentation approval... I refuse to deposit one more dollar until I receive a reply and approval.

I see the withdrawals from RB are not pending anymore.. does that mean they've been approved and will be paid into my bank account?

Everything is in order to sort your withdrawal, except for one tiny bit...
Please go back into the casino cashier and re-request your withdrawal (the funds were previously returned to your account when the withdrawal was initially denied). As soon as I see the withdrawal has been requested, I can make sure your payment is sent off.
