Delayed payment from NeonVegas

My withdraws on Neonvegas was accepted 11th of september, now been over a month without me reciving my money. I made 2 withdraws that day, 1 for 4000 NOK and 1 for 3000 NOK.
They say that they have a problem with their payment provider, but been a month now and nothing is happening.

Withdrawal issues withholding money

I withdrew $10,000 on May 1st with NeonVegas. They came back 2 days later saying they canceled my withdrawal because I needed to use the same method as I used to deposit. So they told me I needed to use ecashout since I used Visa debit to deposit.

I went into my account, and there was no other account registered so I put in my banking and requested both of my withdrawals. On May 3, I requested $5000, then revised the other $5000 and okayed a bit then ended up requesting $3000 on May 4th. My withdrawals were approved on May 4th and May 5th.

After waiting many days I had not received my withdrawals. I went to look at my ecashout and noticed there was another option with old banking information that just magically appeared. Then I checked with the payment dept and they said both withdrawals were paid to my old closed bank account! I used my new information to cash out so I have no idea what they did to screw this up.

I reached out to Gigadat since they perform the ecashout and they confirmed via email on May 9th that they received the funds back since they bounced and have sent them back to the casino. I have reached out to the casino and now they are asking me to provide a bank statement with that old account so they can investigate.

They will not confirm that they received the money back and it is not in my gaming account until I send a bank statement for that account. It is irrelevant since the account is closed and Gigadat has already confirmed they sent back the funds. They are not in my gaming account and Neon is refusing to give me any information.

Please help they are keeping $8000 of my money
