Verification problems, insist my ID card is damaged when it's not
Hello,
I have a big problem with MyWin24.com because they dont accept my ID card they said it is damaged (but it is not).
I won 4000 € and requested a manual withdrawal to my bank account.
The support said to me I must send all needed documents for my verification (Bankstatement showing name and adress, ID card, Bankcard) to there mail adress [email protected].
After I send them all documents the support telled me that my ID card is damaged, so I send them again a picture of my ID (both sides) and a scan of my ID (both sides). Later that day i asked the livechat support on there site and he tells me to send the ID again.
I would be very happy if you could help me with this issue.
