Delays withdrawals of 2000 euros in total
This casino has a withdrawal limit of only €700 per day.
I submitted all the documents requested on their verification page and proceeded to make my withdrawals.
After several days had passed without any progress or updates, I contacted customer support by email to ask when my withdrawal would be processed.
Instead of processing the withdrawal, they canceled it and requested an additional document, which I have now also provided. At the time of writing, I have three pending withdrawals, none of which have been processed.
Given the very low daily withdrawal limit of €700, one would reasonably expect withdrawals to be reviewed and processed on a daily basis. Instead, the casino appears to be creating unnecessary delays by repeatedly requesting additional documentation after withdrawals have already been submitted.
I would like this complaint to remain open until all three withdrawals have been fully processed and the funds have been received in my account. Based on my experience so far, I am concerned about the ongoing delays and the handling of the withdrawal process.
