I deposited 150 € and won 396 €. Later I had lost 96 € and then withdrew 300 €. Via email I was asked to submit my documents which I did immediately. My ID and proof of adress were ok but there was a problem with my bank statement because it was without bank stamp. I've sent them a screenshot of my internet banking and shortly afterwards my account got locked. Agent on live chat told me probably its okay now and that I'm under rutine security check. I said to myself ok but still its quite strange. Then I recieved another email that security department will call me and went on live chat if they can call me immediately. That agent told me he advises me not to interfiere in this case because they won't call me. This sounded like a threat and I haven't experienced something like that in my entire life. I've provided them all proofs&documents and its obviously they don't want to pay me out. No agent on the line even want to tell me from which number will they call me (I don't answer to unknown numbers from abroad because mainly those call are scam and can heavily burden your phone bill). Normal company would create email correspodence through their security department and ask me what is going on. And then if that wouldnt be enough they could call me. No problem for me. But up until now I do not know what is reason for my lockout and no one wants to tell me that. Worse. I don't know when they will call me, maybe this thing goes on forever and they can drag on for ages. Its a simple tactic for avoiding paying out their customers. People stay out of this casino for good! I got a feeling that agents on the line purposely make fun out of you when you ask them questions which you need to know. That money is mine and I've sent them everything and they are playing cat&mice games with me. So sillly.
