I have tried to withdraw 2500$ from rbc multiple times and have emailed all the necessary copies of paperwork to the correct email address. Last time [3rd time] i called them they said i was almost set just email a copy of address verification [utility bill] so i requested another withdraw. It was declined as well. I have been working on this for almost two months and its sickening. I will never spend another dollar with rbc ever again. However i want my money before i leave. Fix this.

I played through the wagering requirement and max cashout from my coupon. Only after that did i play blackjack as it was not restricted at that point and time as that should be my money ive earned from gambling. I read the part on the rules that says playing a restricted game voids all pays but i didnt play during the coupon being active. If this is the case and im not allowed to use the funds i earned from gambling to play another game then why offer the ability instead of keeping it locked like it was during the coupon?

AskGamblers had requested further proof regarding your play and the coupon, so I dug around a bit further. When I did this, I realized the casino website shows different terms than what we have internally. Because of this, it was decided that yes, you should be paid, but you will need to be held to the terms as printed on the website:

6. Max cashout for this coupon is 20x the deposit.

With the max cashout of 20x, this would entitle you to a max withdrawal of $2000.

This does, however, bring us back to the original issue, which is we still do not have a clear set of documents for you. I've tried to explain this to you previously--the documents you've sent in are not clear, whatsoever. I've forwarded my original email to you and until I receive the documents, I cannot proceed with your withdrawal.

Like ive told you multiple times tawni, WHICH DOCUMENTS ARE UNCLEAR. you cant just,say all of them because i have a brand new printer/scanner and the documents look great to me, so whoch documents you need specifically or all od them would be great to know. BUT, GUESS WHAT? you pos's win. Im tired of dealing with this and i only invested 100$ the 2500$ literally isnt worth all the time ive spent fighting with you < removed >. I've checked with our Documents Team and there are two bits we need: Your Drivers License is not clear (you can simply take a photo with a smart phone or scan this, but it needs to be in full color). Also, we need a current utility bill which is physically delivered to your home (in your name)--not an e-bill.
