I have tried to withdraw 2500$ from rbc multiple times and have emailed all the necessary copies of paperwork to the correct email address. Last time [3rd time] i called them they said i was almost set just email a copy of address verification [utility bill] so i requested another withdraw. It was declined as well. I have been working on this for almost two months and its sickening. I will never spend another dollar with rbc ever again. However i want my money before i leave. Fix this.

I've checked with our Documents Team and there are two bits we need: Your Drivers License is not clear (you can simply take a photo with a smart phone or scan this, but it needs to be in full color). Also, we need a current utility bill which is physically delivered to your home (in your name)--not an e-bill.
I'd genuinely like to resolve this for you, so please send this to me as soon as possible.
