Multiple withdrawals totaling 1126 have been declined several times. After the first wave of declines, I was told in live chat that I needed to send my documents in again. Did so again (it had been a few years since I had originally sent them in, but only months since last successful withdrawal). After they had been treating, withdrawal declined again 6 days later. Told in live chat to resubmit, that it must not have been processed yet. Declined again 2 days later. No response to email. Bonuses that were used were sent to me in email. Resubmitted again today.
