Withdrawal delayed for more than 5 business days

I have two withdrawal requests of €500 each. The first one (ID 895663801) from March 26th was paid. The second one (ID 896964157) from March 27th is still in 'Processing' status. It has been 6 business days now. Support keeps giving me template answers without any specific timeframe. Since the first part was paid, my account is fully verified. I demand my remaining €500 to be processed immediately.

Woke up this morning to find that my funds were miraculously paid out. It’s funny how their finance department 'started working' on a Saturday morning right after I filed this complaint. Moreover, they didn't just pay out on this site, but also cleared all my pending withdrawals across their entire casino network simultaneously.
My advice to other players: DO NOT deal with these casinos. They will not give you a cent without a 'magic kick' from AskGamblers. Without this complaint, they would still be making excuses. I have received my money, so this case can be closed. Thanks for the help!
