I was informed that my funds had been confiscated due to having multiple accounts
I've created an account some time ago, placed a few bets, and wanted to withdraw my funds – they requested verification. I don’t have a problem with that (although the number of required documents was, to say the least, absurd – ID, PAN Card, driver’s license, a selfie with the ID, and a selfie with the driver’s license). Before I sent the last of the documents, I was informed that my funds had been confiscated due to having multiple accounts – supposedly several accounts linked to the same email address. This explanation is completely unreasonable, as creating multiple accounts with the same email is technically impossible. It seems like a weak excuse to simply steal the money. I’ve received no response for days regarding my request to have my deposit returned.
Of course I read T&C and never had more than one account, which is obvious to me that probably all bookies do not allow that.
Anyway, after trying to figure it out on the bitcointalk.com forum (thread: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5536479.0). I contacted with the MT representative on that forum who provided me different reason of confiscating my funds and closing account and proposed to return deposited amount. It was ok for me, however it never happened and he just stopped replaying.
