Delaying my payment


Hi,

I've been waiting for my withdrawal since monday. I dont get any special reason on why the withdrawal is delayed. When I asked livechat again today, i was told it was sent to "Head of support". Hours later I heard nothing so I contacted them again and was told I will get an answer in "A couple of hours at the latest". 5 hours has past and I have heard nothing.

The terms clearly states withdrawals are processed within 24 hours. Also on the +side of the Askgamblers review the casino is mentioned as "Fast withdrawals". Reading the reviews i see a lot of people having the same issues as me.

I have submitted the documents requested and was told by livechat my account is fully verified. This was on monday aswell.
