Unjustified Withdrawal Cancellation and Balance Confiscation Without Evidence

Hello AskGamblers team,

I am writing to report a serious issue with Moana Casino.

After successfully winning ~€3,000, I submitted a withdrawal request. The casino then asked me to provide several documents for verification, including:

Front and back photos of my bank card

My ID card

A recent bank statement

I promptly submitted all the requested documents, fully complying with their KYC procedures. Despite this, my withdrawal was cancelled, and the entire winnings amount was confiscated from my balance. The only explanation I received was a generic email citing an alleged breach of Terms & Conditions, without any specific details or evidence.

I have never provided any forged documents, nor have I used a VPN or engaged in any prohibited activity. I have always acted in good faith and followed all the casino’s instructions.

I am once again ready to prove my identity and to send them all the documents they are asking for in any form they want.

I kindly ask the AskGamblers team to assist me in resolving this matter and urge the casino to provide a clear explanation and release my rightful winnings.
