I submitted a payment request for $502. That was rejected but I messaged the company and they told me I was approved for $200 on April 3rd. I have no record of any approval and only the rejection. I absolutely OKAY with the $200 but I want proof it’s coming and to know WHEN it will be artiving it’s been MONTHS. I have attached the confirmation from the rep that It was approved. So where is my money?
