Missing deposit

I made a deposit of about 4100RUB to this casino using Przelewy24. In the description of this method a player can read that it is instant - sometimes it takes 15 minutes for the funds to be credited. 30 minutes have passed and the funds were still not in my casino account. I contacted the support via chat and I got almost no help as this payment is not visible anywhere in the history of my account. I was advised to send an email in order to have this solved. I have provided the casino with a PDF and JPG from my bank account confirming that the deposit was successful. I got an answer that they did not get any money from me cause the transaction failed. I contacted Przelewy24 they said that the funds were 100% sent to the merchant. I sent that confirmation from Przelewy24 to IronBet. They still claimed that they did not receive my deposit. I saw that the way my money went through was a bit longer cause Przelewy24 credited the money to WorldPay AP and WorldPay AP credited IronBet's bank account. I contacted WorldPay AP and they told me "Please note that the funds have credited the merchants account on 22.11.2016. If the customer still hasn't recieved the funds please can they contact the merchant directly to resolve." Przelewy24 got the same answer from WorldPay AP as I asked them to help me with the issue. IronBet support seems not to understand the way such deposits work. At first, they did not even know that they have such a deposit method so I had to explain it to them. They still tell me to go to my bank and ask them for the money. They even told me that they contacted my bank which is quite funny cause a bank has no right to disclose any information to third parties even if I was a criminal. I have gambled for over 12 years now. I have experienced some issues with my deposit but very rarely and these problems were usually solved in no time. I have been treated badly. I was even offered a 400RUB bonus but then they changed their mind and told me to disregard that message. I felt like a kid with down's syndrome. Thanks in advance for helping me with this case. I would not bother that much but I deposited like 70$ which is not a sum I deposit very often. I trusted them and they failed and fooled me.

Problem solved but I think it should be the casino who looks for a missing payment if a player provides confirmations not the player. I led a detective's life for a few days. Fortunately I got my money now.

on the 22.11.2016 I made a deposit to IronBet using Przelewy24/WorldPay AP.
My money has been missing since then. I have received a confirmation from P24 of the transaction:

Then I contacted WorldPay AP and they told me they had technical issues but the payment is processed now but with a different ID and a different currency:
PTUUSA010683 for USD 68.11
The problem here is that the merchant still claims that they did not get any money and they need an official confirmation of this transfer. I asked WorldPay to provide me with one but that's the reply from them: Thank you for your messages. As previously mentioned, I can understand your frustration however, this is something that you need to take forward with the merchant directly. Unfortunately, there isn't any further assistance that we are able to provide. Kind Regards LH

IronBet tells me:
Thank you for the email. Be kindly advised that you will need to ask the bank sender Przelewy24 to provide us with a written declaration that the amount was debited to your account on official letterhead, and body of the letter should contain the full transaction details of the deposit. Once you get this printed document from them , take a photo and send to us for us to investigate it please.

But nobody wants to help me or give things they ask me for.
WorldPay AP and Przelewy24 are their payment methods.
It should be them who should contact the companies not me investigating like Sherlock Holmes 24/7.
I cannot even get in touch with a competent person there.
