Waited a week for withdrawels and response on the matter
First of all, sorry for my bad english. I have played a while with minocasino without bigger hickups. But this time I have waited a week for recieving 3 withdrawels from them . When I first withdrawed I ask same day in chat if they needed further verification, to speed up the process. They said no. Two days go by without starting to handle my withdrawels. So I contact chat again asking what the timeline is. They could not say. Then next day I recieve an e-mail that they need deposit verification from Apple Wallet date and timestamp. And I'm telling them that its a very short transaction history you have in your Apple Wallet and that I no longer have the specific one they are asking, but I have another from the same day, just 2 hours later. I have sent all this to them and wrote them two e-mails. And nothing happens! No resolution, no answer. Nothing. I am very frustrated at this point. Beacause they ask for something that are not possible for me to provide since they act very slow and I therefor no longer have what they ask. I have sent in that deposit proof I have and my bank account information and iban ect. But nothing happens on there end.
