I play Miami Jackpots casino. And won. I sent document what they ask. They promice that it take 12h that they check it. But nothing hapend. I try take contact them with chat and email now three days. But anybody not answer. In chat read that it take few min that somebody answer. But no nothing hapend. I want make whitdraval but it is not possible. What I can do and where I have to take contact that somebody answers

Now they ansvered. They said that they do not have live chat. They answers when they have time. Now it take over 48hours. They accepted My document. Now I wait when they pay My winnings. They said that it take few hours. But this is not true. It take already 24 hours
