Withdrawal not processed in specified time frame set by the casino

Why did you decline my claim? As you said to come back and re file if it remains unprocessed in the time frame given by the casino.
It already has been passed the specified time frame!
Their terms state withdrawals will be processed within 1 business day. That's now been and gone!
I made my withdrawl of 227.50 on Friday afternoon. Its now Monday night. And still had no communication from them. All I keep being told is sorry it's being reviewed. And ignoring their own terms and time frames.
The time frame has already passed as per their own terms! I did explain this in my previous filed complaint.
I have emailed them several times aswell. And no communication from them either.
