Not able to request a withdrawal, seems to be offline

M2G casino is offline. I can log in, but cannot withdraw $25 left in account.
Live chat is not working, they don't answer to their official support email.
My last email was sent on 23 Jan this year with no answer.
Their last email answer was on 22 June 2016, about technical issues in their games, slot and video poker before.
You can see on screenshot that I have $25 real balance and minimum withdrawal is also $25

Regarding this complaint, I have received $25 left on account on 3 April via Bitcoin.
They answered on my email after 46 days.
And said they are inactive because improving their casino.
About their current status of casino and future plans, let them tell you if they want to.
