No clear communication
On June 12, when I tried to make a withdrawal, the casino started the process of verifying my account, which was supposed to take up to 72 hours. I sent the documents they asked for, and then I received an email that contained a lie. It said that I wanted to withdraw money to Mifinity and that I needed to verify my account. I replied to them that I didn’t want to withdraw to Mifinity because I don’t even have an account there, and they can see in the transaction history which methods I used for deposits and how I wanted to withdraw. The next day, I got the same email again. I replied again that it was a lie and told them not to make a fool out of me because they can clearly see the transaction history. Now they don’t respond to emails at all. It’s the first time I’ve seen a casino lie like this. Why do they even have such good reviews on Askgamblers? Please help, I’m attaching the transaction history; I made the deposit with a bank card and cryptocurrency and tried to withdraw the same way I deposited.
