Found out I was locked out of my account after I had verified and attempted to make a withdrawal. Was told the reason for this was either multiple accounts, or similar IP addresses, etc. I know that I absolutely have never had an account with them before and no one in my household plays on such sites . While gathering information, I took notice to the fact lucky bunny had numerous complaints the exact same thing. I have played on several platforms including sites that had sister sites, and never had any such issues. In the short time I was able to use the site , I really enjoyed the platform layout and games . I would really like to have the issue resolved, so I could play again. It's not a large amount of money . I had just 196 in the account. If ask gambler could help mediate a resolution, I would be extremely appreciative. Thnx in advance.
