Impossible to close account

I signed up here and after depositing quite a bit and never hitting any sort of win i requested my account to be closed, they then offer spins and 20 euro no deposit bonus. I said no and that id like to close my account as im gambling too much. No that didnt make them close it they just said try the live games. I am now in my third week of emailing them saying i am gambling too much and to please close my account and they are ignoring me.
