Bonus not credited due to website technical issues

Dear Askgambler Team,
I deposited 9390 and 4500 INR on lopebet casino to avail 150% weekend bonus however my bonus not credited for both of deposit. Max bonus was 10000 INR. I contacted support chat and I was told there was an technical issues on website in bonus section. Despite selected the bonus twice I did not received the any bonus. I tried to contact casino over email but no positive response either received and no bonus yet offered.
