Ridiculous Casino

Where do I start?

This casino’s KYC process is an actual joke. They want literally every single piece of information from you and then they keep rejecting your documents.

I have had two withdrawals. The first one of £399.50 was paid and processed after I passed all their insane KYC verification.

Now I have £1,000.00 withdrawal pending and they’re trying to get copies of every card on my apple pay (when I never even used apple pay to deposit!).

Even then, I sent them what they have asked for and they have once again rejected what I’ve given them, even though I sent them with a photo of every single card I own.

I find it funny how two minutes ago I was fully verified and a withdrawal processed; but as soon as I win a bigger proportion, they decide to illegally hold on to my winnings for an absolutely ridiculous reason for apple pay!

I have attached evidence to show account was verified pending one card (which was sent) and then the withdrawal paid. Now they want my apple pay cards when I haven’t even deposited via apple pay.

I would like my £1000.00 withdrawal processed and paid immediately.
