Delays payments like their sister sites


This site is delaying payments to make customers gamble all their wins away.

Now, when I closed my account and am still waiting for the withdrawal to be done, it has been "reviewed " in 9 days? Terms and conditions say 3. I get an answer that the relevant department has reviewed it, but now it's reviewed for payout also. This is unacceptable.

They also refuse to delete my account totally. I dont want my details left in their hands, but they refuse.

My withdrawal has been pending since the 30th of June.

It's not fair to customers to act like this.
