Cashout not being completed and I have been ignored

When I signed up for Lex I fully verified my account right away. My withdraws were near instant.
A few weeks later (I don’t use bonuses) I tried to cashout at $200. However it sat pending on my account for 3 days. I chatted to 3 agents about it and they all gave me different answers. Validating by finance, technical issues etc. they were just telling me to wait. On day 4 I cancelled the cashout request.
I am legend VIP status on Lex and promised under 10 minute withdrawals.
I played a bit and got up to $400 and cashed out. Again it sat there for a day. I spoke to 3 more agents, same different excuses. So I emailed. No reply. I let a few days go by and emailed again. No reply. I tried to login to chat again and they blocked me! When I try to type on chat it just never gets marked as read!
So now I have no way to contact them and no one will reply to my emails despite me saying I am escalating.
