Withdrawal being refused and money won voided

I was playing at LetsLucky casino on Saturday, November 22nd and had received a 500% bonus.

After depositing $50, I was issued a $250 bonus and play play-through of $10,000.

After meeting the playthrough requirements, I made a withdrawal request of $6000.

After being made to wait 4 days, which is ridiculous in and of itself, I was emailed by the casino and advised that my withdrawal was cancelled and the funds I had won were voided due to the terms of the bonus being breached, which was a max bet of $8 during the play-through period.

I responded straight away, advising them that it is incorrect and I 100% know for sure that I did or make any bets over $8 during the bonus period. I actually went and checked the terms before I increased my bet from $4 to $6 because I knew from a previous experience that this casino has max bet bonus terms, and I didn’t want to be in breach.

I asked them to provide a report that showed all bets that I had made during the bonus period, as the game history section on their site only allows you to access the last 50. I have received no response from them at all and have sent numerous emails now. I have tried live chat and seem to get a copy and paste response, and no actual proof of the claim they are making, which is false.

I even have a screenshot of the big win I had playing that day, and it shows my bet is at $8, and I know it was not increased at all until the play-through had been met.

Withdrawal with no success

Help I am having trouble trying to withdraw from my playing account. Background on how I ended up on this site. I follow an Australian influencer who has a reputable reputation, I also reviewed countless reviews via guru and more including your site. These reviews led me to believe that it was rather fair and legit. This site was new to this site, I read their T&C prior to creating an account, which was made on 31/10/23.

I deposited into my playing account around 6 times ranging from 40-89 without enabling the bonuses from the periods 31/10/23 to 1/11/23 these payments were deposited with ease. I then requested for a withdrawal and was prompted with a message to upload documentation to verify my account, I then proceeded with relevant documentation things like my Photo identification, address, contact number, my payment provider (Skrill) verification showing my email address and account reference I then waited for my withdrawal to be approved.

On the 2/11/23 I made contact with online help desk, and asked what was the timeframe for the payout. I was then sent a message that seemed like it was an auto-massage response. I then thought, the delay was because my account was not verified yet. So I asked if my account was verified, I was told no and that I needed to upload my documentation and then the conversation ended so I could comply with what was asked of me straight away, which was I needed to upload the back of my licence for my playing account to be verified. And spoke with yet another agent who also gave me the same responses from the previous agent I spoke to before. Only this time I managed to get this agent to look over my documentation to verify my account. I was sent this confirmation via my email address.

I have had numerous chats with different agents from the help line that all gave me the same repetitive responses, until today to where I have been told that my payment provider has rejected payment because apparently according to let’s lucky I don’t have an account with my payment provider (skrill) bearing in mind I had already sent them a screenshot of my verified account with skrill prior to verifying my playing account with them.

They also tell me that I can create another payment provider and then I can withdraw, the problem here is not skrill but in fact let’s lucky is the problem.

I have sent complaints through to their complaints process email and support emails with little to no success. My account has been in progress since 2/11/23 and has not changed since.

Their failure to inaction is a major concern especially when an influencer with a large following is promoting their website.
