Withdraw was late

First of all I would like to thank you for your earlier cooperation & help.

My issue started with Lapilanders casino on 22/04/2023 after I finished the required wagering and I submitted a withdrawal request ( 392 euro ) on 24/04/2023, Anyhow, verification was finished by the end of last year.

On daily bases I was sending them emails regarding my withdrawal, since 26/04/2022 but unfortunately it is still pending. Yesterday I received an email from the casino telling me that they can not say any schedule when my withdrawal was processed.

I have now been feeling I did not receive my funds for a long time. Because I have earlier delays withdrawing with very difficult KYC and have info withdraws go faster after this process.

I don't have anything against Lapilanders, but I want my payouts on time. Lapilanders info in chatbox tells.

Withdrawal requests get processed within 48 hours.

My dear friends I need your help to close this case as you helped me.

I have been active with booker. Nothing happened. I send now receipt for withdraw for evidense.
