Very slow on 1300euro withdrawal

Hi,

I have tried to withdraw my account balance for two months. First they wanted to see many kyc documents after the official 3 docs and all of those documents were accepted. I have managed to get withdrawal succesfully twice.

Now I have 1300 eur left in the account and the latest withdrawal attempt I made on 14th of february. I have been emailing them almost daily and they promised twice that this withdrawal would be processed the same day. But still the withdrawal is just pending and i am not given information properly what is taking so long. Once they complained that there is so many withdrawal requests that they dont have time to process them fast enough, sometimes they claim that my account is under some safety viewing, but are still unable to give reason why and how long it could take.

I did attach a email messaging between me and the casino.

I hope that you can help me to get this withdrawal process through.
