I made a deposit of €100 by bank transfer on Saturday. Won some money and now have €750 in my account. In the meanwhile I've uploaded all required documents for KYC purposes and became fully verified on Monday. After I became verified I wanted to withdraw my money by banktransfer to the same IBAN account I used to deposit and the one that has been verified. Only when I try to select this method with my verified IBAN account, I get the message this payment method has already been registered and that I have to contact support. I immediately contacted support and asked them if they can fix it so I can withdraw. They said they've escalated it to another department.
Now 48 hours later, they have not fixed it yet and I'm only been told to have patience. I feel very uncomfortable with this situation and have the idea the casino does not want me to withdraw the money. I did not make use of any bonuses. I hope you can fasten the process and let me make a withdrawal. Thanks in advance.
