Security check after extensive verification

After struggling with the withdrawal and verification process at Lapilanders casino for over a month, I now see no other option then to escalate this further and ask for AskGamblers help.
I fully acknowledge and embrace that casinos need to have a KYC process and make sure that the players are who they say they are. But Lapilanders are one of the few casinos that abuse this for their own gain in no other purpose than to delay the withdrawal process.
I have gone through hundreds of KYC but never experienced such a process. To summarize the past month, Lapilanders has asked for one additional document at the time. I uploaded, as usual, the requested documents (ID, proof of address, prof of payment). Then it all started. The documents were initially approved. Then you have to request a withdrawal (max 1000 euro, not more than 1 withdrawal can be active at the same time.). The processing time is about 72 h. So, when it closes up to 72 h, the withdrawal gets rejected. I get asked to upload additional documents –myself holding my ID card. I do that. Request a new withdrawal. Additional 72 h later, the withdrawal gets rejected again. Now they want a mobile phone bill… This continues, and by today I have uploaded at least three different proof of addresses, my drivers license in different formats, with me holding it. Then a birth certificate. Then a notarized birth certificate. Finally, Last week, this got approved and I have been able to withdraw 3x1000 euro. Earlier in July, I was able to withdraw 2x1000 euro.
But now, my withdrawal got rejected again. Now Lapilanders say they will perform a “security check” and cannot say how long it will take.
I understand that security checks can be performed, but really –whats more is it to check? I have literally provided them with every document possible that they can ask for. I have not ever played with any bonuses on their site, and for the past weeks I have not even played at all since I have asked to get a wager limit. I have never used VPN or even know how to use VPN and I don’t have multiple accounts.
I really do not trust that this casino is fair. They have stalled the withdrawal process in adsurdum, and I know they will try to do anything to find a reason not to pay out my winnings. I have 15000 euro left to withdraw at my account balance.
Please AskGamblers, help me with Lapilanders. They are a Malta licensed casino and I have never seen this level of treatment even from unlicensed casinos. I can see from other complaints here that other players have the same experiences with this casino. Lapilanders –if you say that you are fair and not a scam casino, proof it. Perform your security check promptly and give the results of your checks here. I have nothing to hide.

The AskGamblers Complaint Team considers rule "63.1 The maximum net winnings, based on licensee liability, in any 24-hour period per account are limited to 5000€", vague and can be interpreted in various ways. We strongly encourage the casino to amend the rule with more clarity and transparency. If the casino fails to amend the particular rule at the earliest convince we will have no other option but to post the warning on the casino review page.

As always, you are not answering any of the actual questions. AskGamblers -We do not get anywhere here and I will have to complaint to the regulating authorities.

Lapilanders -I still await e-mail response from you from an e-mail I sent almost a week ago.

As mentioned in the email we provided you your net winnings exceeded the allowed amount and, therefore, term 63.1 "The maximum net winnings, based on licensee liability, in any 24-hour period per account are limited to 5000€." was applied.

Kindly note that all terms have been pre-approved by our licensor.
