Payment disabled, technical error, withdrawal delayed

My complaint is with Lapilanders casino they offered me free spins and bets in exchange for nominating them on Askgambler I did so and received the bonuses I used those bonuses and won I proceeded to verify my account with all the requested documents I received an email from the KYC department of Lapilanders told me that my account is fully verified, then I made a deposit of 25 USD by Skrill, I played the amount of 25 USD on the page. I did everything the page asks me to do and when I proceeded to make a withdrawal to my skrill account it shows me the following error: Account not fully verified.

It cannot be withdrawn. I have been tired of sending messages to them for several days but I do not receive a response and their online chat is never available. When I verified my account and deposited, they answered me and now that I want to withdraw my earnings they do not answer me, it seems strange and unreliable, that is why I proceeded by this means, I attach my receipts
